Privacy policy

We collect your email address to sign you in, your business details to print on documents, the documents you create, and the names and signatures of workers who sign on. We use this information only to provide the service.

Document text is sent to Anthropic's API to generate drafts and is not used to train models. Payments are handled by Stripe; we store a customer reference, never card details. Emails are sent through Resend. Data is hosted on Fly.io.

Worker sign-on records include the name entered, the signature image, the document version, the time, and the IP address of the device, so that the record can be relied on later.

We do not sell personal information. Email hello@safemethod.com.au to access, correct or delete your data.
